Arkansas Tech University students are eligible to receive a flu vaccination during a clinic from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 5, at Tucker Coliseum.
The clinic is made possible by a collaboration between the ATU Health and Wellness Center and the Arkansas Department of Health.
Students should bring their insurance card to the clinic if they have insurance, but insurance is not required to receive a vaccination.
If possible, students should pick up and complete an immunization consent form in advance of the clinic. The form is available at the ATU Health and Wellness Center in Doc Bryan Student Services Center suite 119. Forms will also be available outside the clinic doors and should be completed and brought to the flu clinic.
