Flavors of Louisiana Spotlighted for Oct. 1 PRHA Dinner

The Louisiana state flag is part of a culture known for its distinctive food.

Cajun cuisine will be featured during the Thursday, Oct. 1, Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration drive-thru dinner.

Meals may be reserved in advance by calling (479) 968-0378 or sending e-mail to slee17@atu.edu.

Orders will be available for pick-up from 5-6 p.m. at 404 N. El Paso Ave. in Russellville. Cost will be $10 per meal. Payment will be by credit or debit card only.

The dinners are prepared by students in the ATU hospitality program as part of their coursework.

The menu for Oct. 1 includes a choice of house salad or boudin balls for the appetizer, a choice of crawfish etouffee or bourbon chicken for the main course and beignets for dessert.
