Finals Nearing for Tech Students

It’s the last full week of classes for students at Arkansas, and many students have already started preparing for final examinations.

The final day of regular classes for the spring semester will be Monday, May 2.  Reading Day at Arkansas Tech will be observed on Tuesday, May 3.

Final examinations will begin on Wednesday, May 4, and will continue through Tuesday, May 9.  Access the complete final exam schedule.

During the mornings of final exams, students will not have to worry about breakfast, as the Arkansas Tech University Alumni Association will provide free breakfast to students.  Read more about the free breakfast.

Commencement ceremonies for the spring 2010 graduates are scheduled for Saturday, May 14, at John E. Tucker Coliseum.

Graduates from the College of Arts and Humanities, the College of Education and the Graduate College will participate in a 10 a.m. commencement ceremony.

The 2 p.m. ceremony will feature graduates from the College of Applied Science, the College of Business, the College of Natural and Health Sciences, the College of Professional Studies and Community Outreach and all students earning an associate’s degree.
