Farm to Table Dinner Nov. 1 at Lake Point

Liz Preston, owner of Prestonrose Farm and Brewing Company, will oversee preparation of a farm to table meal for the Thursday, Nov. 1, Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration dinner series event at Lake Point Conference Center in Russellville.

There will be a social reception beginning at 5 p.m. Seating times are scheduled for 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Cost for the four-course tasting and beverage paring with charcuterie Starter is $50 per person (cash or check only).

The dinner series, which is typically held at Williamson Hall Dining Room, is moving to Lake Point Conference Center this autumn in order to accommodate renovations being performed at Williamson Hall.
