The Arkansas Tech University hospitality administration program will host the opening event in its 2012 fall dinner series on Thursday, Sept. 20, at Williamson Hall Dining Room.
Reserved seating times will be available from 6-7 p.m. Reservations may be made by calling (479) 968-0378 or by sending e-mail to bharalson@atu.edu.
The Sept. 20 menu will include a butternut squash soup, top sirloin steak, loaded mashed potatoes and caramel apple cheesecake.
Cost for the dinner will be $15.95 (plus tax) per person, or two for $30 (plus tax).
All gratuities will be invested in the Walters-Williams Scholarship.
