Nine Arkansas Tech University students have stepped forward to serve as facilitators during the 2021 ATU First Generation Institute.

Tendai Chiutare of Harare, Zimbabwe, Meghan Finn of Fayetteville, Anna Grace Foreman of Mountain Home, Diana Gonzalez of Fort Smith, Wendy Lomeli of Dardanelle, Margarita Lopez of Siloam Springs, Lesly Mendez of Little Rock, Ahjaley Miller of El Dorado and Taylor Wilkerson of Texarkana will help guide approximately 30 rising high school seniors through a two-day program on Wednesday, June 9, and Thursday, June 10.

ATU First Generation Institute facilitators are individuals who also identify as first generation college students and are prepared to answer questions from program participants about making the transition from high school to college.
