Two doctoral students at Arkansas Tech University are scheduled to give public presentations of their dissertations in late October.
Yvette Dillingham will present “Authentic Parent Involvement: One Arkansas School’s Efforts to Partner with Families” for her final dissertation defense beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28.
Amanda Britt’s final defense of a dissertation entitled “Meeting the Needs of Teachers as Whole Learners” will take place on Monday, Oct. 30, at 3 p.m.
Both presentations will be offered at the ATU Center for Leadership and Learning, 227 State Road 333 South in Russellville. All members of the university community are invited to attend.
The ATU Doctor of Education degree in school leadership is designed for K-12 education professionals who currently serve or wish to serve in school district leadership positions.
