Discover New Menu Options at Lunch Series

Week five of the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration 2014 spring lunch series will bring four new entrée options on Thursday, Feb. 27, at the Williamson Hall Dining Room. The Williamson Hall lunches have a new twist this semester. Diners may select one of four entrées each week. The entrée options will change every four weeks to provide guests an opportunity to sample all four selections over the course of a given month. Soup and dessert options will change on a weekly basis. This week’s installment will be served from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. The meal, which will include soup or salad, one entrée, one dessert and beverage, will cost $8.95 per person plus tax.
