Dine at Williamson Hall Thursday Night

The Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will continue its fall dinner series with a meal at Williamson Hall Dining Room on Thursday, Oct. 29.

Reserved seating times are available from 6-7 p.m. Members of the Arkansas Tech campus community and residents of the surrounding area are invited to attend.

Cost for the Oct. 29 meal will be $19.95 per person (plus tax). All gratuities are invested in the Walters-Williams Scholarship.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Mango Bites (Tender Chicken Breast and Fresh Mango Wrapped in Applewood Smoked Bacon; Served with a Creamy Chili Dipping Sauce)

Samuel Adams Cheddar Ale Soup (A Rich and Creamy Soup Made with Samuel Adams Boston Ale and Perfectly Aged Cheddar Cheese; Topped with Smokey Bacon and Shredded Cheddar Cheese)
Pomegranate-Jeweled Mixed Greens (Mixed Greens Tossed with Tangy Pomegranate Seeds, Candied Pecans, Shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, and Zesty Pomegranate Vinaigrette)
