Delta Zeta Takes Part in Silent Sunday

Several members of the Delta Zeta Sorority traveled to Little Rock recently to volunteer at the annual Silent Sunday event, which was held at the State House Convention Center.

The event is a fundraiser for the Arkansas School for the Deaf, and members of Delta Zeta worked throughout the event as servers to help raise awareness about the Arkansas School for the Deaf.

Delta Zeta’s philanthropy is speech and hearing, and Delta Zeta members say volunteering at Silent Sunday each year is one way the sorority works to support their philanthropy.

In all, about 15 Delta Zeta members volunteered as part of this year’s Silent Sunday event.
