Students and faculty from the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will continue their fall 2020 drive-thru dinner series by preparing and serving a meal on Thursday, Oct. 8.
The menu for Oct. 8 includes a choice of house salad or broccoli cheese soup, a choice of chicken thigh steak or grilled honey garlic pork chop for the main course and strawberry shortcake for dessert.
Meals may be reserved in advance by calling (479) 968-0378 or sending e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders will be available for pick-up from 5-6 p.m. at 404 N. El Paso Ave. in Russellville. Cost will be $10 per meal. Payment will be by credit or debit card only.
The dinners are prepared by students in the ATU hospitality program as part of their coursework.
