Arkansas Tech University will award more than 600 degrees during commencement ceremonies taking place at the John E. Tucker Coliseum Dec. 19-20. Commencement exercises will take place at 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 19, for students in the Graduate College. On Saturday, Dec. 20, undergraduate students from the Russellville campus will be honored during two ceremonies. Students graduating from the College of Arts and Humanities, the College of Business and the College of Education will be recognized during the 10 a.m. ceremony. Students from the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, the College of Natural and Health Sciences, the College of Professional Studies and Community Outreach and all graduates earning an associate degree will be honored during the 2 p.m. ceremony. Prior to each ceremony, the graduates will be able to record a message of thanks. The recorded messages will be posted on ArkansasTechNews.com following commencement. Additionally, members of the Tech family will be able to follow commencement socially using the hashtag #ATUGrad on social media.
