The Arkansas Tech College to Career Center is working to provide internship opportunities for students in the College of Business.
Earlier this semester, the center hosted an intern workshop to help students prepare for internships.
The workshop covered a variety of topics including preparing for an internship, types of internships and how to contact companies for an internship.
The College to Career Center says providing internship opportunities is one way to support their mission of professionally developing the holistic College of Business student. Officials say interning gives students the opportunity for professional development and experience in the business field.
