Audiences as far away as Vienna, London and Tel Aviv have enjoyed the clarinet stylings of Dr. Nicolas del Grazia, assistant professor of music at Arkansas Tech University.
On Tuesday, Jan. 31, he will offer music lovers in Russellville the same opportunity.
The Arkansas Tech Department of Music will present a faculty clarinet recital by del Grazia beginning at 7:30 p.m. in Witherspoon Auditorium. Admission will be free and open to the public.
A graduate of The City University and King’s College in London, England, as well as the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, del Grazia joined the Arkansas Tech music faculty in 2010. He previously taught clarinet at Indiana University and Denison University.
The International Clarinet Association has twice honored del Grazia for his work in research.
