Choose Steak or Lamb Chops Thursday Night

The Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will continue its fall dinner series with a meal at Williamson Hall Dining Room on Thursday, Nov. 17.

Reserved seating times for Thursday’s dinner are available from 6-7 p.m.

Reservations may be made by calling (479) 968-0378 or by sending e-mail to khall18@atu.edu. Members of the campus community and beyond are invited to attend.

Cost for the Nov. 17 meal will be $19.95 per person (plus tax). All gratuities are invested in the Walters-Williams Scholarship.

Below is the menu for the Thursday, Nov. 17, dinner at Williamson Hall:

Appetizer
Zucchini, Tomato and Mozzarella Tower (Fried Panko-Parmesan Crusted Zucchini, Italian-Seasoned Fresh Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Tower Topped with a Balsamic Vinegar Reduction)

Soup
Chicken Vegetable Alfredo (Rich and Creamy Soup of Broccoli, Carrots, Onions and Chicken; Served with Parmesan Cheese Crostini)

Entrée
Lamb Chops (Herb-Crusted, Grilled Bone-in Lamb Chops; Served with Roasted Baby Potatoes and Sautéed Mushrooms and Caramelized Onions and Topped with a Garlic Rosemary Sauce)
Or
Grilled Sirloin Steak (Marinated Sirloin Steak Grilled to Your Choice of Perfection; Served with Roasted Baby Potatoes and Sautéed Mushrooms and Caramelized Onions and Topped with a Bordelaise Sauce)

Dessert
Banana Foster (Sweet Bananas Warmed in a Buttery Rum Sauce over a Scoop of French Vanilla Ice Cream)
