China Experience Spring Break 2011

While school is just beginning, the Arkansas Tech University College of Business is offering a way to experience a whole new world. Planning is underway for China Experience Spring Break 2011.  By traveling to Beijing and Shanghai, students can earn credits in business courses and gain world travel knowledge. Faculty and friends of Arkansas Tech are also welcome to participate.

Trip highlights include walking on the Great Wall, visiting factories of multinational companies, touring the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square and the Olympic Bird’s Nest.

The trip costs $2,495 and includes hotel, airfare, ground transportation, tours, meals, visa and insurance.

Interested individuals are able to attend an informational meeting with John Pate, the tour guide for the trip, on Tuesday, August 31.  The meeting will take place at 4 p.m. in Room 147 of Rothwell Hall.
