As students return to campus following the holiday break, Chartwells, the university food service provider, has announced several changes for those dining in Chambers Cafeteria.
Students will now enjoy a wellness zone when dining during lunch. This station will feature healthy options and items made without gluten.
This fall many students requested macaroni and cheese, and Chartwells will offer a different rendition of the favorite each day. The concept is called Twisted Mac, and it will be located by the pizza station.
Several items have also been relocated throughout the facility. The smoothie station has been moved to the dessert area. Additionally, during breakfast service all options will be served via the main breakfast line.
