Arkansas Tech University students who meet the eligibility requirements are invited to register for the 64th annual Miss Arkansas Tech University Scholarship Pageant, which is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, at Witherspoon Auditorium.
The deadline to apply as a contestant for the 2019 Miss Tech Pageant is 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7.

The Miss Tech Pageant is an official preliminary to the Miss America Pageant, and the winner will compete in the 2019 Miss Arkansas Pageant.
Contestants in the Miss Arkansas Tech University Scholarship Pageant must be full-time female Tech students and U.S. citizens between the ages of 17 and 25.
The new Miss Tech will receive a two-semester tuition scholarship at Arkansas Tech. In all, more than $24,000 in gifts and scholarships were awarded during the 2018 Miss Tech Pageant.
The event is sponsored by the ladies of Delta Zeta.
Madison Oswalt of Harrison was crowned Miss Tech 2018. She and Miss Arkansas 2018 Claudia Raffo are scheduled to provide special entertainment at the 2019 Miss Tech Pageant.
