In just over a week, a premiere networking event is set to rock in the River Valley for the ninth consecutive year.
The 2011 Business Expo will be held Tuesday, August 2 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Tucker Coliseum on the Arkansas Tech campus. The theme is “rock star”.
Each year several thousand area residents and students typically attend, and those in attendance have the opportunity to visit with area businesses and register for numerous door prizes that are given away throughout the event.
Organizers say the annual expo is designed to give the businesses in the area “an excellent opportunity to meet potential customers and make excellent ‘business to business’ contacts.”
Additionally, businesses benefit from radio announcements, news releases to the media, direct mail advertising, and promotion through emails.
