A premiere networking event is getting ready to rock in the river valley for the ninth consecutive year.
The 2011 Business Expo will be held Tuesday, August 2 in Tucker Coliseum on the Arkansas Tech campus. The theme is “rock star”.
Each year several thousand area residents typically attend, and those in attendance have the opportunity to visit with area businesses and register for numerous door prizes that are given away throughout the event.
Organizers say the annual expo is designed to give the businesses in the area “an excellent opportunity to meet potential customers and make excellent ‘business to business’ contacts.”
Exhibit space is open to the public and is available on a first come first served basis. Payment must be made to secure space.
Each exhibiting business will receive a booth with table and chairs, a company identification sign, an opportunity to win door prizes and tickets to the preview party.
Additionally, businesses will benefit from radio announcements, news releases to the media, direct mail advertising, and promotion through emails.
Vendors who participate in the “rock star” theme will be eligible to win an award.
