Sandra Cheffer, director of budget at Arkansas Tech University, has announced two promotions in the ATU Office of Budget and Financial Reporting.
Matt Fraser is now serving as assistant budget director, while Lou Ann Reeves has been elevated to business manager.
Fraser (photographed, right) joined the ATU Office of Budget and Financial Reporting staff in 2013 as a financial analyst. Previous to his time at Arkansas Tech, he worked as a financial services representative at Arvest Bank in Clarksville for more than seven years.
A graduate of John Brown University, Fraser holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. He is a member of the National Council of University Research Administrators.
Reeves (photographed, left) began working at ATU in August 2015 when she was hired as a budget and restricted funds accountant. She previously worked in the banking industry for six years.
A student in the Master of Business Administration degree program at Arkansas Tech, Reeves holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Central Arkansas.
