“When purchasing books, bring a printed copy of your class schedule,” Reano said. “The bookstore staff uses the schedule to ensure that you’ll have the correct books for your classes.
“Also, remember not to write or highlight in your books; use post-it notes or bookmarks instead. This will help when selling your books back during the book buyback.”
The bookstore’s fall book buyback event will be held Dec. 11-17.

Reano said a full refund will be given on new or used textbooks until the end of the fifth class day, Friday, June 7, with a receipt and Arkansas Tech ID.
“Your new textbooks must be returned in brand-new, clean condition with no bent corners or water damage,” she said. “Wrapped or boxed merchandise must be unopened, and we reserve the right to make the decision on the condition of any merchandise.”
If a student drops a class after June 7, they can receive a partial to full refund depending on the condition of the book up to four weeks after classes begin. However, they must have the drop slip and receipt.
