Arkansas Tech University alumna Nell Bonds has been named the dean of outreach at North Arkansas College in Harrison Bonds holds a degree in college student personnel from Arkansas Tech. In her new role, she’ll oversee concurrent enrollment partnership programs, adult education, workforce education programs and distance learning. She’s been employed with North Arkansas College since 2001.
