Those wishing to donate can stop by the Young Game Room between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
According to the American Red Cross, someone in this country needs blood every two seconds.
Potential donors must present a Red Cross blood donor card or a valid driver’s license to give blood.
Vice President of Community Outreach, Allen Simmons encourages all students, faculty members, staff and community members to come give blood and help save a life. “You have the opportunity to be someone’s hero. It’s the right thing to do and I promise you will feel great about yourself once you leave,” said Simmons.
