Arkansas Tech University and Harding University will get an earlier than expected start on their Great American Conference baseball series at Jerry Moore Field in Searcy this weekend.
The series, which was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 14, and Sunday, April 15, will now start one day earlier.
Forecasts of rain in the Searcy area on Sunday prompted the change.
The Wonder Boys (18-21 overall, 7-8 GAC) and the Bisons (23-15, 6-9) will play a single game at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 13, and a doubleheader beginning at noon on Saturday, April 14.
All three games can be heard on KCAB 980 AM.
