Terry Barclay of Performance Solutions will present two seminars for the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center in February regarding essential business skills.
Barclay will first present “Essential Skills of Leadership” on Friday, Feb. 3 from 8 a.m.-noon in the Russellville City Hall Conference Room.
This seminar will teach contemporary techniques for effective leadership. It will provide valuable tools, a troubleshooting guide and additional resources to help others apply skills they learn on the job.
Additionally, Barclay will present “Essential Skills of Communication” on Friday, Feb. 24 from 8 a.m.-noon in the Russellville City Hall Conference Room.
The communication seminar will teach attendees the importance of two-way communication in business and how to construct clear, concise messages to improve communication.
These seminars are suggested for members of the community and students with any major, especially business.
Each session costs $40. Each seminar is $20 with a student discount.
