Baker to Speak on Cyber Warfare at Tech

Lt. General John R. Baker, a retired veteran of more than 33 years service in the U.S. Air Force, will speak at Arkansas Tech University on Thursday, Feb. 9.

Baker’s remarks will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Doc Bryan Student Services Center Lecture Hall. Admission will be free and open to the public.

The lecture will focus on the topic of cyber warfare with a question and answer session to follow. During his career as a pilot, staff officer, commander and staff member at U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC), Baker gained expertise in the realms of cyber warfare, intelligence, surveillance and logistics.

The event is sponsored by the ATU College of Business business data analytics degree program.
