A group of Arkansas Tech University students met with Gov. Asa Hutchinson and toured educational sites of interest in Little Rock as part of an academic and co-curricular experience on Tuesday, Oct. 23.
The students represented ATU classes taught by Dr. Aaron McArthur, associate professor of history, and Kim DuVall Renteria, instructor of criminal justice, as well as the On Track program in the ATU Department of Campus Life.
Following their meeting with Hutchinson, the students visited the Arkansas Supreme Court, had lunch in the River Market district and toured the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum.
