Arkansas Tech University was notified by Arkansas State Police on Thursday, Feb. 6, that ATU Department of Public Safety officer Marty DuVall has been arrested and is charged with use of child sexual abuse material or possession of child pornography.
Officer DuVall was immediately suspended and placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the Arkansas State Police investigation.
Due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, ATU cannot offer any further comment on this matter at this time.
