Arkansas Tech’s Professional Development Institute is presenting a leadership series for improving organizational effectiveness. The series started on July 23 with a seminar on managing transitions. It was strategies for managers in minimizing disruptions in the workplace.
The next session will take place August 29 and is titled “Increasing your Emotional Quotient.” It will focus on strategies to increase your emotional intelligence.
“How full is Your Bucket?” will be September 12. It will show how to increase positivity in work life and reducing the negative.
The series will wrap up on September 26 with “Strength-based leadership.” It will highlight three key ways to be an effective leader.
All sessions will be at Lake Point Conference Center from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The registration for the three remaining sessions is $60 each which includes lunch and refreshments.
