ATU Musicians to Join Dallas Brass on Stage Tuesday

The Arkansas Tech University Symphonic Wind Ensemble will perform at The Center for the Arts in Russellville on Tuesday, March 29.

ATU’s Symphonic Wind Ensemble and the Russellville High School Symphonic Band will perform alongside Dallas Brass.

The concert will begin at 7 p.m. Admission is $10 per person. Tickets are available at http://tcfta.booktix.com.

Founded in 1983 by Michael Levine, Dallas Brass features the talents of its founder as well as Juan Berrios (horn, alto horn, flugel horn), Paul Carlson (tuba), Jim Lutz (trombone), Buddy Deshler (trumpet), Garrett Klein (trumpet) and Josh Carlson (percussion).

Dallas Brass will perform its “American Musical Journey” program during its portion of the performance in Russellville. According to the ensemble, the show “incorporates a full complement of brass and percussion for a musical travelogue through American history.”
