ATU Hospitality Students to Serve Tastes of Mexico

Students from the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will serve Mexican cuisine for their Thursday, Nov. 11, drive-thru dinner series event.

The meal will include choice of chicken quesadilla or refried bean dip and tortilla chips for a starter. For the entree, diners will select beef enchiladas or chicken fajita con arroz. Dessert selections are churro bites or dessert nachos.

Meals may be reserved in advance by calling (479) 356-2198 or sending e-mail to smcdowall@atu.edu.

Meals will be available from 5-6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 11, at 404 N. El Paso Ave. in Russellville. Cost will be $15 per meal (tax included). Cash, check, debit card and credit card will be accepted forms of payment.

The dinners are staffed by ATU students in the advanced food preparation and guest services classes.
