Both 2016-17 Arkansas Tech University golf teams have earned the opportunity to participate in NCAA postseason competition.
The Wonder Boys will be part of the field for the men’s NCAA Division II Midwest/Central Region Championships May 8-10 at Awarii Dunes Golf Course in Axtell, Neb.
The Golden Suns will compete in the women’s NCAA Division II Central Super Regional May 8-10 at Minnehaha Golf Club in Sioux Falls, S.D.
Arkansas Tech’s men have won three tournaments during the 2016-17 season. The Wonder Boys finished as runner-up at the Great American Conference Championships April 23-25 at Hot Springs Country Club.
Arkansas Tech’s women have also collected three team titles this season, including a first-place finish in the GAC Championships.
