Ten Arkansas Tech University Fishing Club members competed in the 2022 Abu Garcia College Fishing National Championship on Fort Gibson Lake in Wagoner, Okla., March 29-31.
Matt Baker and Jordan Mungle were ATU’s top team in the event. They caught four fish weighing 13 pounds, 5 ounces to finish 45th in the nation.
Other ATU Fishing Club teams who fished in the national championship were Cole Lamb and Tristan Weaver, Karson Hamilton and Austin Johnston, Ethan McMahan and Parker McMahan and Jade Craft and Remington Lawrence.
