Area businesses will have the opportunity to learn more about preparing for a disaster or natural catastrophe during a workshop hosted by the Arkansas Small Business Technology Development Center.
Tonya Roberts-Young, director for the Center for Preparedness and Recovery at Arkansas Tech, will present a seminar entitled, “Continuity of Operations: Disaster Planning for Your Business.”
During the seminar, participants will learn the importance of a disaster plan for businesses and how to create a plan of action should a disaster occur.
The session will take place on Wednesday, April 4 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. in Rothwell Hall Room 133. The cost to attend the session is $35.
