April Small Business Seminars Announced

The regional office of the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center, which is located at Arkansas Tech University, has announced its seminars for the month of April.

The following seminars will be offered:

  • Starting a Business in Arkansas– Friday, April 16, 1-4 p.m., Rothwell Hall Room 217; Cost is $30.  Instructor is Jim Reser, Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center.
  • Introduction to QuickBooks– Tuesday, April 20, 6-9 p.m., Rothwell Hall Room 213; Cost is $65.  Instructor is Brandon Morris, Baron’s Inc.
  • Starting a Business in Arkansas– Wednesday, April 21, 2-5 p.m., Clarksville Chamber of Commerce; Cost is $30.  Instructor is Jim Reser, Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center.
  • Arkansas Notary Workshop– Thursday, April 22, 3-5 p.m., Fort Smith Public Library Conference Room; No Charge.  Instructor is Jarrod Johnson, Secretary of State Office.
  • Arkansas Notary Workshop– Friday, April 23, 9:30-11:30 a.m., Doc Bryan Student Services Building Lecture Hall Room; No Charge.  Instructor is Jarrod Johnson, Secretary of State Office.
  • How to Write a Business Plan– Friday, April 23, 1-4 p.m., Rothwell Hall Room 217; Cost is $30.  Instructor is Jim Reser, Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center.
  • Inbox Impact: Constant Contact and Email Marketing– Thursday, April 29, 1-4 p.m., Rothwell Hall Room 214; Cost is $35.  Instructor is Gwen Green, Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center.
