While final exams are still weeks away, the Arkansas Tech University Alumni Association is preparing to show their support to students. The Alumni Office will once again provide free food to students during the mornings of final exams.
Each semester Arkansas Tech alumni volunteer their time to provide donuts and coffee to students taking exams. The alumni volunteer to serve the breakfast items at various campus buildings from 7:30-9:30 a.m.
Alison Parks, coordinator of young alumni, says the annual tradition is one Tech students enjoy. Parks adds, “The students enjoy seeing Tech alumni because they can relate to the stresses of finals. The students appreciate that alumni are willing to give back to help those who are taking exams.”
Alumni will be serving donuts the following days:
- Wednesday, May 5th
- Thursday, May 6th
- Friday, May 7th
- Monday, May 10th
