Arkansas Tech University student Carley Allen (photographed left) was recognized for her livestock project earlier this month at the Arkansas State Fair Purple Circle Banquet.
The Arkansas Purple Circle Club is designed to honor junior exhibitors who have earned championship honors in livestock shows held at the state fair.
Allen is a freshman at Arkansas Tech, and she is studying agriculture.
