ALI survey winners announced

Although more than 400 Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus students participated in the Adult Learner Inventory (ALI) survey, Student Success Coordinator Mike Bogue could only name four prize winners.

Through a random selection process, Sara Lyons of Fort Smith, who is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant degree, was named the grand-prize winner and awarded a $200 Wal-Mart gift card Friday, March 16.

Also, Tammie Cochran of Greenwood and David Ciampoli of Ozark won $25 Wal-Mart gift cards, and Cori Harrington of Booneville won a bookstore gift basket full of Arkansas Tech merchandise, including three T-shirts, a mug and more.

The ALI survey was held from Monday, March 5, through Sunday, March 11. Designed for community college students, questions ask students how important campus facilities, resources and services are to them, as well as how satisfied students are that the campus is fulfilling those expectations.

Bogue said, “We want to know what is working and what isn’t working, then act on that knowledge to create a better educational and personal experience for Ozark Campus students.”
