ACEL Announces 2015-16 L2L Participants

Thirty-nine school leaders from around Arkansas are developing their professional skills as members of the 2015-16 Leader to Leader (L2L) programs offered through the Arkansas Center for Executive Leadership (ACEL) at Arkansas Tech University.

Leader to Leader was introduced by Arkansas Tech in 2007 as a means of providing continuing education opportunities for school superintendents and other district leaders. The program was expanded to include school principals in 2010.

Participants in the superintendent and principal L2L programs gather for meetings throughout the academic year to learn new techniques in school leadership and share information about their common challenges and solutions.

Dr. Merle Dickerson serves as director for the Leader to Leader programs at Arkansas Tech.
