The three-man team of Bob Beaird, Shawn Pless and Dillon Young fired a 17-under par round of 54 to win the championship flight in the 2025 Arkansas Tech University Homecoming Golf Classic on Friday, Oct. 24, at Russellville Country Club.
Beaird, Pless and Young made 15 birdies, one eagle and two pars to earn a two-stroke victory over the runner-up team of Bryan Fisher, Brent Garrett and George Warman.
A total of 40 teams competed in the tournament, which helps fund initiatives such as the ATU Alumni Association Scholarship.
