Winter Weather: What’s Open and When Feb. 24

Several entities at Arkansas Tech University have made announcements concerning their operational plans in response to inclement weather in the Arkansas River Valley on Thursday, Feb. 24.

Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center is opening at 1 p.m. Thursday and is scheduled to remain open until midnight.

In addition, many of the library’s digital resources are available virtually at https://library.atu.edu and members of the library staff are available to assist ATU students and faculty at https://libguides.atu.edu/research/help/askus.

Chambers Cafeteria is open and serving a limited menu for brunch from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and dinner from 4:30-7 p.m.

Students may choose to eat in the cafeteria or pick up a to-go meal.

The Hull Building Student Union is open 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday. The smoothie bar inside the student union will be open until 5 p.m.

Other Chartwells retail food service operations at ATU are closed Thursday.

The ATU Department of Public Safety remains available to the ATU community.
