ATU Faculty Member to Discuss Mental Health on KUAR

Dr. Jordan Thibodeaux

Dr. Jordan Thibodeaux, assistant professor of psychology at Arkansas Tech University, will be the February 2020 guest on the “Science Cafe Little Rock” radio program on KUAR 89.1 FM.

Thibodeaux will discuss his research on the topics of mental health, burnout and life balance beginning at 6:05 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 25.

A live panel discussion on the same topics will follow from 7-9 p.m. that evening at Hibernia Irish Tavern, 9700 N. Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock. The public is invited to attend.

Thibodeaux will be joined on the panel by Dr. Erick Messias, associate professor in the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Department of Psychiatry, and Dr. Don Willis, assistant professor in the University of Arkansas-Little Rock Department of Sociology.

A member of the ATU faculty since 2016, Thibodeaux holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy degree at George Mason University.
