The Arkansas Tech University Department of English and World Languages hosted an Oktoberfest event for high school students from around the Natural State on Friday, Oct. 14.
Approximately 170 high school students participated in the activities, which allowed them to learn more about German culture and opportunities to study foreign languages at Arkansas Tech.
The event is led by Gabriele Haulmark, instructor of German at Arkansas Tech.
