The Arkansas Tech University College of Business honored the efforts of students and faculty members during an awards program earlier this month.
Dr. Tracy Cole, associate professor of legal studies, received the 2016 Thomas P. Tyler Excellence in Teaching Award from the Arkansas Tech College of Business.
Cole joined Arkansas Tech in 2007, and prior to that, she served as a judicial clerk for a United States District Court.
Students recognized during the ceremony included:

- Dylan Edgell – College of Business Ambassador Award
- Katelynn Taylor – Gary K. Burris Outstanding Accounting Scholar
- Brittney Diaz – Robert A. Young Outstanding Business Award
- Shane Grinder – Joseph L. Moore Outstanding Economics Award
- Dillon Miller – College of Business Leadership Award
