View photos from Tech the Night Away. The Class of 2017 had the opportunity to Tech the Night Away Saturday evening as part of the university Welcome Week festivities. Students gathered at the Baswell Techionery for a fun-filled evening of complimentary food, music, prizes, give-a-ways and games. Organizers say the event is always a hit with freshmen and is designed to provide opportunities for students to connect with one another in a relaxed atmosphere.
