Contestant Devin Newman is from Mena, Arkansas, and she is the daughter of Sherry Newman. During the talent competition, Devin will perform a modern lyrical dance to “Alright With Me.” During the pageant, Devin will promote skin cancer awareness as her critical issue, and she is sponsored by the student organization Tech Sweethearts.
