Area girls are at Arkansas Tech this week learning more about the culinary and hospitality field during a campus camp.
Sponsored by Chartwells and hosted by the Arkansas Tech Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality, the program is designed to help girls learn more about all aspects of the industry.
During the week-long camp, participants learn various place settings, food costing and have the opportunity to spend several hours preparing meals in the kitchen.
