2017 Fall Dinner Series Begins Thursday Night

The fall 2017 dinner series hosted by the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will begin on Thursday, Sept. 21, at Williamson Hall Dining Room.

Reserved seating times are available from 6-7 p.m. Members of the Arkansas Tech campus community and residents of the surrounding area are invited to attend.

Cost for the Sept. 21 meal will be $15.95 per person (plus tax). All gratuities are invested in the Walters-Williams Scholarship.

Garden Salad (Iceberg and Romaine Lettuce Topped with Cherry Tomatoes, Carrot Slivers, Herbed Croutons, and Red Onion; Served with Your Choice of Dressing)

Applewood Smoked Pork Tenderloin or Chicken (Applewood Smoked Pork Tenderloin or Chicken Breast Topped with a Savory Cherry Port Wine Sauce; Served with Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Green Beans)

Apple Crisp a la Mode (Warm Apple Crisp Topped with Vanilla Ice Cream and Salted Caramel)
