2012 Graduates Invited to 20's Social Tonight

The Arkansas Tech Loyalty Fund Class of 2012 Gift Committee invites graduating students, undergraduate and graduate, to “come as a flapper, come as you are, dress as a gangster, or a silent screen star” for the Class of 2012 Roaring Twenties Social.

The evening of games, prizes and live entertainment, provided by the band Kunuu, will be held at Lake Point Conference Center tonight from 7-10 p.m.

Those who attend are invited to wear twenties-themed costumes, but not required.

Since January, the Class of 2012 Gift Committee has been educating fellow graduates about the Tech Loyalty Fund giving program and encouraging peers to make a $20.12 gift to Tech.

Making a gift is not required to come to the Roaring Twenties Social, but the committee encourages others to consider giving a gift, which can be designated to an area of the giver’s choice within the university community.

When students make their gift of $20.12, they will receive a class t-shirt with the slogan “Remembering Our Roots…Branching Out.”

For seven years, each graduating class has left a legacy by making a collective gift to Arkansas Tech through the Tech Loyalty Fund.
